The Rubber-Handle Sword is one of the 84 weapons a player can obtain in the game Castle Crashers.

Description

Previously obtainable through unconventional means, the Rubber-Handle Sword was given a proper acquiring method in the Remastered version of the game. The same unlock method is also found in the updated PC version of the game.

Players must have a Level of 10 or more to wield it.

Obtaining

To get the Rubber-Handle Sword, at least 1 or 2 player(s) wait until after the end credits section ends in the Final Battle. The player(s) will then be sent back to the Barracks that's inside the Home Castle. Once control is back, the player(s) move to their right, to see a Thief shooting endless amounts of arrows. There is a dig spot there that was originally never used for a weapon location. Using the Shovel, an item found in Desert, the player(s) must carefully move closer to the Thief as they attempt to find a way for the player to dig right on the spot to uncover it. The best way to obtain the weapon, solo, is to play as King or position one's self underneath the position that the Thief's at, but closing in to the x spot. Once the player reaches the sweet spot, the weapon will be uncovered. In co-op, this is made much easier as one player can use his/her shield to block the arrows for the partner to dig up without getting knocked down.
