The Rubber-Handle Sword is one of the 84 weapons a player can obtain in the game Castle Crashers.
Description[]
Previously obtainable through unconventional means, the Rubber-Handle Sword was given a proper acquiring method in the Remastered version of the game. The same unlock method is also found in the updated PC version of the game.
Players must have a Level of 10 or more to wield it.
Obtaining[]
To obtain the Rubber-Handle Sword, the player must wait until after the end credits section ends in the Final Battle. The player will then be sent back to the Barracks, where a Thief can be seen shooting arrows at a target.
Between the Thief and the target is a dig spot originally never used for a weapon location. Using the Shovel, the player must carefully move closer to the Thief as they attempt to find a way to dig right on the spot to uncover it.
This weapon can be obtained on solo by positioning the player character underneath the Thief, closing in to the x spot. Once the player reaches the spot, the weapon will be uncovered. In co-op, this is made much easier, as one player can use their shield to block the arrows, allowing the other to dig up without getting knocked down.
