The ones in Wizard Castle Takeoff fall from the top of the screen instead.

Flotation Devices are a unique type of platforms seen in the Rapids Ride and Catfish levels. They grant the player normal movement speed in water, as well as the ability to do attacks as if on solid land. There are various flotation devices in the level.
