Fire is an elemental effect performed by random attacks performed by the character that deals damage over time by one-zero times, depending on elemental resistances and immunities. Exclusively, the Fire Demon, Orange Knight, Royal Guard, Conehead, Gray Knight, Alien, and Blacksmith, are the only characters to cast Fire Magic attacks. Fire is a very useful element, mainly because only three types of enemies in the entire game take less knockback from Fire damage: Fire Demons, Skeletons (1st segment of Marsh), and Cult Minions. Dragon and Sock Puppet, Industrial Machine's flamethrower turret and flooring, Evil Wizard's 2nd phase Red Shield form, and bombs, inflict Fire damage on players over time.

Overview

A player can tell when the Fire status effect has been inflicted when a small, smoke puff bleats out of the weapon. Fire, roughly translating to about half of an increase in Strength, depends on what percentage that the weapon has. If Juggling if with weapon such as this, the knockback from it, will make the enemy go up slightly higher; this also applies to the heavyweights capable of being juggled.

Weapons with this Fire status effect happen to be either unviable at worst or well rounded at best.

Weapons

Not all weapons inflict the Fire status effect. If the description of a weapon contains a "orange fire" symbol Fire icon.png, it indicates that the weapon is capable of inflicting it.

Enemies wielding these weapons will have the same chances of inflicting the Fire status effect, this only goes for 1 type of enemy and no Beefy version of them, the Aliens.

Here is a list of weapons that grants the player with the Fire status effect.

Notes

  • Use the Demon Sword if you're interested in dealing Fire damage over time in your juggles.
  • Alien players are stuck with the Alien Gun. With that said, however, their juggling knockback potency is at an all time high due to how many enemies are weak to it.
